The EV5 is built on Kia’s dedicated E-GMP EV platform, offering both Standard and Long-Range battery packs. The top variant delivers up to 720km (CLTC) range and supports ultra-fast DC charging, capable of powering the vehicle from 10 to 80% in under 35 minutes.
ADAS, V2L, and Advanced Safety Features
The Kia EV5 comes loaded with Level 2 ADAS, including adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, and autonomous emergency braking. It also features Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) support, letting users power laptops, electric grills, or camping gear using the EV’s battery.
